1. Scope of Work

We will carry out the landscaping work as outlined in the agreed written quotation. Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing and may incur additional charges.

2. Quotation & Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are based on current material and labour costs and may be subject to change if there is a significant delay or change in scope. If additional work is required that was not visible or known at the time of quotation (e.g. buried debris, drainage issues), we will inform you and provide an updated cost.

3. Payment Term

A deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking. Interim or stage payments may be required for longer projects. 50% of the total payable amount is required on or before the agreed start date. The final balance is due upon completion of the work and must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date. We accept payment by bank transfer.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You must provide access to the site during agreed working hours. You are responsible for clearing the work area of personal items or obstacles before work begins. Water and electricity supplies should be made available for use during the project (unless otherwise agreed).

5. Delays & Access

We will always aim to complete the job on time, but we are not responsible

for delays due to:

Severe weather
Limited site access
Delays in material supply outside our control
Changes requested by you

6. Waste Disposal

Unless otherwise agreed, all green waste and construction debris will be removed and disposed of responsibly. If a skip is required, this may be included in the quote or charged separately.

7. Guarantees & Aftercare

Hard landscaping work (e.g. patios, walls, decking) is guaranteed for 12 months against defects in workmanship. Living materials (e.g. plants, turf) cannot be guaranteed once the job is completed, as their survival depends on care and conditions outside our control. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, natural ground movement,

flooding or extreme weather.

8. Cancellation

If you cancel the job with less than 7 days notice, your deposit may be non-refundable to cover administrative and material costs. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone work due to unforeseen circumstances, including unsafe working conditions.

9. Insurance & Liability

We hold Public Liability Insurance up to £2,500,000 A copy can be provided on request. We will take all reasonable care while on your property, but we are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage
Damage to underground cables, pipes or structures not previously disclosed or marked

10. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with the work, please notify us in writing within 7 days of job completion. We will do our best to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled through the appropriate legal channels. By accepting the quote provided and agreeing to proceed with the work, you confirm acceptance of these Terms of Business.
